Losing weight is about improving your life style. If your current life style is not working for you and you have gained weight, following a diet might work temporarily, but the experience of many is that once you go back to your former life style the same cause will create the same effect and your weight problems return. This program is very easy to follow and once you start you can keep doing it for the rest of your life!
Achieving weight loss has often more to do with emotional issues than it does with eating. My experience is that when the emotional issues are resolved, motivation and proper eating habits tend to fall into place naturally. This is why the emotional cleanse is the main focus of my weight loss program.
Having myself been overweight for a large part of my life I know that being overweight goes with a sluggish stomach, bad digestion, slack intestines; this is why the first part of my program consists of a cleanse. We want a clean liver and a good flora in the Gastro-Intestinal Tract (GIT).
A lot of people are scared by exercise; it is true that when you have too much weight everything is a big effort and it is hard to motivate yourself to suffer! It doesn't have to be this way, if you take it step by step, increasing slowly, you will enjoy every moment and you will feel good about yourself for having done a little more everyday.
As part of the weight loss program you will be taught a very easy and empowering muscle testing technique as well as the EFT/BSFF technique to deal with the emotions and cravings. In some cases ear acupuncture may be required.
This is a program you can be excited about, it will achieve a slender body as well as improve your emotional well being and give you a new healthy and easy life style.
